While many of our competitors hire for a specific assignment, we are looking for the right individual, the right assignment we find together. Our goal is to tailor our employees’ careers and with our collective experience help them achieve their goals and develop in the direction they want.

We invest in having a wide range of both customers and skills in order to be able to offer exciting assignments at the forefront of development. Our employees are sought-after consultants and work with, among other things, hardware, software and systems for our customers, which largely consist of innovation companies in western Sweden.

With us, there are opportunities to work either in cross-functional teams in-house or at the customer’s site, to try out different industries and technical areas, to develop as an expert or leader – you are in control, we give you the conditions.

We like to do things together and strive for a good mix of work and leisure, the fun doesn’t have to end after the working day. Social activities such as joint breakfasts and after-work are interspersed with inspirational lectures and conference trips – all based on what our employees demand.

In addition to development opportunities in your consulting assignment, we have internal programs for personal development. Flow by Sigma is a program that focuses on, among other things, balance in everyday life, how to set and reach personal goals, mindfulness and how to handle change. Since the start in 2016, over 50 of our employees have attended the program, which has been highly appreciated. We also have a mentoring program that starts up every year with a number of mentors and mentees.
