Growing smart

Our long-term goal is not to be the largest in terms of number of employees or turnover – but rather the best at what we do, i.e. Embedded development. We do not have a product or service that we sell, but our resources consist of people. Therefore, the basic prerequisite for us to achieve our goal is that we create a great workplace where we thrive, develop and have fun. We want all employees to feel like part of our family. We don’t want to grow fast, but smart. With care for the world around us and the people around us.

At the core of our company is our corporate culture, and that’s something we’re proud of. Creating the workplace that we want to work in is our top priority and everyone is encouraged to participate in the process of developing it.
