A rolling community

In December 2016, we planned to rent a food truck for Lucia. The plan developed quickly and ended up with us buying our own food truck. That same evening, we started developing a graphic concept and two days later the truck was profiled and inaugurated by offering our customers and employees 1,800 “lusse buns” and 75 liters of mulled wine. Since then, the truck has given us the opportunity to meet lots of nice people on the streets of Gothenburg.

You may have seen it in town or outside Chalmers? In order to spread joy and goodies to customers, employees and students, we have started the Sigma truck. Staffed by dedicated managers and consultants, it rolls around the region, always loaded with something delicious. Bread rolls, pizza or ice cream? Who knows what it will be next time – keep an eye out for the truck and you will get a taste!

In 2017, the Sigma truck was awarded gold in the Magnet Awards with the following justification:

“The gold medalist has the same challenge as all other consulting companies – to attract and retain the right people. With fairly limited resources and a relatively simple solution, they still manage to create a mind-blowing effect that overturns all resistance in the Open Class. A solution that builds relationships with employees, candidates and customers and makes the Employer Brand and Corporate Brand mesh with each other. We have not seen a concept with this commitment-driven twist in this industry.”
